SYNAPSE
MOVEMENT SCHOOL

André Dias
Founder of SINAPSE MOVEMENT SCHOOL
André Dias is a movement instructor and founder of SINAPSE Movement School, focused on functional training and body exploration. With a background in Sports Science and extensive experience in martial arts, he applies movement culture methodologies (such as Ido Portal, FM Practice) to improve physical functionality.
WHAT WE DO
At SINAPSE, practice integrates six major areas of development:
Physical preparation
Stunt
Athletics
Dance
Fighting (martial arts)
Internal work (meditation, concentration exercises, and breathwork)
Among these principles are fundamental capabilities of human movement, such as:
Spinal movement
Suspension
Balance
Relationship with the ground (approaching and moving away)
Quadrupedal locomotion
Coordination and body control
This approach allows not only the development of physical abilities, but also the exploration of the relationship between subtle internal processes and expressive external movement .

What are our classes like?
The classes last 1 hour and 30 minutes, allowing enough time to explore, consolidate, and integrate the work in a progressive way.
They operate in groups limited to 10 people, guaranteeing:
Close and individualized follow-up
Better quality of learning
Space to explore safely.
Group dynamics that promote growth and motivation.
The sessions are structured with long-term progression and adapted to all experience levels.
The focus is on continuous development, respecting individual pace, but within a collective environment that enhances learning.
We value:
Learning through direct experience
Progressive and consistent structure
Global physical development
Creative exploration of movement
Community practice
WHO IS IT FOR?
For those who want to develop their body with depth and intention.
For those who value a structured, sustainable, and long-term oriented process.
For those who want to learn, practice, and grow within a community.
