FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENTS

These are multi-joint, natural movements that provide an improvement in general physical condition in all its capabilities.

CONSTANTLY VARIED

When organizing and planning crossfit training, we try to focus onabout the various conditional and coordinative physical capacities
(strength, endurance, speed, mobility, balance, agility, etc.).

The fact that we do not always plan with fixed and predictable routines increases the motivation of those who practice this modality as each training session is a permanent challenge and each training session is different from the previous one. HIGH INTENSITY
